Took my Jaguar F-Pace in for a major service (2017). The service was outstanding! They identified a potential issue with the turbo, preventing what could have been a very costly repair—and they fixed it at no extra cost. These guys are reliable and trustworthy—I highly recommend them!

Another fantastic experience at BCR. From being fitted in quickly, having the fault diagnosed and fixed carefully, and the problem explained simply, I always get professional, expert and friendly treatment from Steve and his team, at a very fair price. I needed to clean my doggies vomit out from under the seat. I called, spoke briefly and asked if I could borrow a tool to remove the seat. He said “yeah…”. I went over, did what I needed to do. He even reset the cars computer for me. It’s as if it never happened. Tyler is a rock star…
