Rhe customer service is alway fantastic, from 'little' gestures like having the courtesy car set up ready, with de-mister on to the advice and guidance as to what needs doing. I always feel comfortable in taking my car there, and confident that the work will be done to a very high standard. Diolch

The battery fault was picked up by AA-X. Autotrend carried out a diagnostic and, before AA had managed to get its act together, I secured a very reasonable quote for the work. Booking in was excellent as I could work around my availability. Friendly waiting area with free WiFi. And even free coffee!

As usual the service I have just received from Sam and David has been outstanding. Sam quickly repaired a piece of dislodged bumper. He then found a screw that was causing a slow puncture and as a result obtained and did an excellent job fitting a replacement. Superb knowledge and so friendly.

Absolutely amazing service. The garage owner recovered my sons car after breaking down . Clutch had gone , being a new novice driver he was in a panic , after ringing Lee he reasured us that he would recover the car and let us know what was needed for repair.Excellent service from start to finish

I recently requested a health check on my BMW M2, having recently bought the car from another garage, with several issues. ECG booked me in quickly, road tested the car, thoroughly inspected the car and provided me with a report and advice. The place is pristine as well, which is a great sign to me
