Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

The Good Garage Scheme is here to help if a dispute arises between a member garage and a consumer.

In the first instance we ask the motorist to fill in our website form so that we can investigate further.

If at the end of the mediation, we are unable to resolve the issue, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) will be offered via CEDR.
